1 lb. ground skinless turkey breast
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 T chopped fresh parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
1-1/2 tsp. minced fresh tarrogon, or 1/2 tsp. dried
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Spray the grill rack with nonstick spray; prepare the grill. Combine the turkey, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, tarragon, and salt. Form into 4 (1/2 inch thick) patties. Place the patties on the grill rack and grill until an instant read thermometer inserted in the side of a burger registers 165ºFm 6-8 minutes on each side.
