1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can of mandarin oranges

Icing:
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 (3.25 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (9 oz.) tub Cool-Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour two 8" cake pans. Mix all cake ingredients together and separate into cake pans. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool.

Mix all icing ingredients together and frost cake when cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
