5 pounds of Idaho baking potatoes
1/2 cup salted butter
3 packages Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs Cheese
1 cup half and half
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp garlic salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peal potatoes and put in large pan and cover with cold water. Boil potatoes until they are fork tender. Drain potatoes. Put potatoes and all ingredients in bowl of electric mixer. Mix on low until all ingredients are well mixed.
