1 Cup oil
1 1/2 Cups sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
4 eggs
2 tsp. almond extract
4 Cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Beat oil, sugar, orange juice and almond extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Slowly incorporate dry ingredients until well mixed. Fold in walnuts. Form 2 or 3 logs and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool slightly. Cut diagonal slices and place each slice on it's side. Bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
