1 and 1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup lukewarm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix: roll like pie crust. Spread with shortening. Let rise 1/2 to 1 hour.
Then pick up and stretch as much as possible.
Have ready: 2 medioum potatoes and ham cut very small, 1/2 teaspoon salt (all
this stewed and cooled). Spread on roll, and roll like carmel rolls and cut in
3" pieces. Put in pan 1/4 cup shortening and some onions and brown. Add 1/2
cup water and then the rolls. Cook covered 15 to 20 minutes. Do not peek - as
they will sink and fall.
