6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/3 c low sodium soy sauce
1/4 c lime juice
1 Tblsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp coarsley ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken and mix well. Pour over chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Heat a skillet sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray over medium heat. Add drained chicken breasts and cook about 6 minutes each side. (If your chicken breasts are really fat, flatten them a little first for even cooking)
