3 egg yolks
1/2 cup of Smart Balance Margarine
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan add the egg yolks and margarine, lemon juice. Stir over low heat, increasing gradually to medium. Continue blending and remove from heat as needed. Never let it get hot. Salt to taste. Serve over asparagus or other vegetables.
