1 can Sprite
3/4 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
4 to 5 drops of red food coloring
2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 prebaked pie shell or graham cracker or shortbread pie shell
1 (8oz.) tub of Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Heat the Sprite, sugar, and cornstarch on low flame until thick and clear, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, and add 4-5 drops of red food coloring. Add strawberries. Pour into pie shell. Chill, and top with Cool Whip when ready to serve.
