2 boxes frozen spinach (thawed & drained)
1 - 6oz box chicken flavored Stove Top Stuffing
3 eggs
3/4 c melted butter
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach (drain). Melt butter and add stuffing mix. add eggs. cheese and spinach. Shape into balls (1/2 dollar size)
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 350º for 15 minutes
