1 1/2 lb hamburger, 1/4 c beef flavored Rice-a-Roni (un-prepared rice mix) and 1/2 beef flavor pkt., 2 eggs(well beaten), 1/2 tsp salt, 6 peppers ( be colorful go with the red,yellow and orange), 1 lg can tomato sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry rice mix, meat eggs and seasonings together. Cut tops off of peppers and scoop out seeds. Fill peppers with meat mixture. Place in large pot and add tomato sauce.
Cook on med or low for 1 hour.
