1 pkg. frozen shoepeg corn
1 lb ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 pkg. of taco seasoning
1 can of rotel tomatoes w/ green chilies
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing
1 can of black beans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion (drain).
Add all ingredients except corn.
Cook 1 hour on low heat.
Add corn 10 minutes before serving.
* Eat w/ sour cream, cheese, and chips.
