Doughnuts:
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder

Topping:
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar

Mix together muffins until smooth. Pour into cupcake papers, 1/2 - 2/3 full. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes, until done. When cool enough to handle, dip the top of each "doughnut" into the melted butter, then into the cinnamon sugar.
