1 c Fresh cranberries
1 T sugar

2 1/3 c flour
1/2 t soda
2 c regular uncooked oats
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c light brown sugar packed.
1 c melted butter
1 10 oz pkg of dates.
3/4 c chopped pecans
1 (12 oz) jar caramel sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Stir cranberries and 2 T sugar in small bowl and set aside.
Combine 2 c flour and next 4 ingredients .
Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Press mixture into greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Reserve 1 cup of flour mixture.
Bake 350º for 15 min.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with dates, pecans and cranberry mixture.
Stir together caramel sauce, and 1/3 c flour. Spoon over cranberries. Sprinkle with remaining flour mixture.
Bake 20 more minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool on wire rack and cut into bars.
