3 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 container frozen Savoies/Richards dressing mix
3 lbs. pork ground meat
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 c. green onion tops, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 slices white bread
1 egg
1/4 tsp. sage

Directions:

Bake cornbread and set aside. Brown ground meat and dressing mix. Add onions, bell pepper, garlic and celery and sauté. Drain grease. Add water to 1" above meat and boil for 1 hour. Crumble cornbread in large mixing bowl. Add beaten egg to cornbread. Soak the 4 slices of bread in water and squeeze out excess water. Shred bread and add into cornbread. Mix meat into cornbread mixture. Season to taste and add parsley and green onion tops.

Pour mixture into large baking pan and bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until center is hot.
