1 cup of uncooked rice
2 cups of water
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put ingredients in pan and bring to boil with lid on.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Turn off heat and let sit for 20 minutes.
DO NOT REMOVE LID.
Rice will be tender and but not overcooked.
