8 c mashed potatoes
1/2 whipping cream
8 T butter
3 t salt
4 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and mash or put through a ricer. Add butter, cream and salt and Chill throughly.
Mix in flour. Roll thin and bake on ungreased griddle. Serve with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
