3 large sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping:
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Can make the sweet potatoes in the microwave like you would a regular potato and then peel them. Or, make them in the stove like you would a regular baked potato and then peel them. Microwave is faster. Mash and then mix with an electric mixer the sweet potatoes. Get all the clumps out. Combine and whip first five ingredients. Spread mix into a 9x13 baking pan. Top mixture with melted butter. Mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon and coat sweet potato mixture evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
