2 c flour for crust
1/4 c flour for filling
1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 lb butter
4 eggs beaten
2 c granulated sugar
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp each lemon and lime zest
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350
Sift 2 cups flour and powdered sugar together
Cut in butter until mixture looks like coarse meal. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
Beat eggs, sugar, lemon and lime juice and zests for 1-2 minutes.
Mix 1/4 c flour and baking powder together. Stir into the egg mixture. Pour over the baked crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
Allow to cool. Sift additional powdered sugar over the top. Cut into squares.
