1 large bag shredded hash brown potatoes
1 pint heavy cream
1 stick butter melted
1 medium pkg mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes (very important). Melt butter and add cream. Place hash browns in 9 x 13 pan pour butter and cream over. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle cheese on top and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
