12 med. carrots
1 med. onion
1/4 tes. dry mustard
1 tes. salt
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
2 cups milk
1/2 lb. velveta cheese
1/8 tes. pepper
1/4 tes. celery salt
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1/3 cup melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots till barely tender; drain . Cook onions in 1/4 cup margarine till lightly browned; stir in flour, salt,mustard, stir in milk til smooth. Add pepper,celery salt, and cheese and stir til cheese is melted. Place carrots in shallow casserole (9x13) pour cheese mixture over. Top with bread crumbs that have been mixted with 1/3 cup melted margarine . Bake at 350º F. for 35-40 min.
