1 chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cups leftover lamb roast, cut into chunks
1 can chicken broth
curry powder, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery and mushrooms; add lamb with salt, pepper and curry (amount depends on your taste). A very small amount gives a nice flavor. Thicken with a roux of flour and water and serve over rice.
