1 lbs. Crawfish
1 can beef or chicken broth
2 1/3 c. instant rice
1 T. Tony’s
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 stalk celery
˝ c. mushrooms
3 T. oleo
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Cook in microwave oven 15 to 20 minutes in covered dish. Can also be cooked in rice cooker.
