1 lb. elbow macaroni
2 lbs. ground sirloin
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 small vidalia onion
3 small cans tomato soup
pat of butter
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the macaroni till slightly over al dente. Do not overcook as it will cook further while heating with other ingredients. Don't forget to stir occasionally.
While macaroni is cooking, dice onion and green pepper together into a large skillet.
Sauté green pepper and onion in butter till soft and lightly brown.
Add sirloin and salt, dice and stir until sirloin is brown.
Drain macaroni and put back into pot, add sirloin mix and tomato soup, allow to heat at a very low temperature.
Wonderful with Italian bread and red wine
Serve hot Bon Appetite

This meal is the first meal that Samantha (my niece) and I made together as a family. She diced all the vegetables, added the ingredients, stirred the macaroni, and decided what to add as condiments. Then we thoroughly enjoyed!
