12 oz bow tie pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
1 lb fresh roma tomatoes, chopped
1 c tightly packed fresh basil torn in pieces
1/2 c crumbled feta
coarsely ground pepper
Grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta
Heat oil over med heat. Add garlic and saute for a minute. Add tomatoes and cook just until they begin to soften. Remove from heat. Drain pasta and place in warm pasta bowl. Add tomatoes, basil, pepper and feta, tossing lightly. Serve with Parmasan.

This is a fast and easy dish to throw together at the last minute. I often add some olives or fresh mushrooms. And you can use whatever type of pasta is in the cupboard.
