1 - 9 inch pie shell (deep dish)
1 cup mexican blend cheese
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 - 4oz diced green chilis
2 large green onions
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup salsa
3/4 cup evaporated milk
Garnish: sour cream, onions, diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375 degree.
Sprinkle cheese, peppers, chilis, and onions onto pie shell.
Combine eggs, slals, and milk; pour over the cheese.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes and then cool about 15 minutes.
Garnish as desired
