Ingredients:  
2 cups shredded sharp natural Cheddar Cheese (~ 8 cups)
1-1/2 cup All purpose flour
cup butter - melted
~1/4 cup hot sauce
~ 36 large pimiento-stuffed green olives drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix cheese and flour
Add butter and hot sauce and mix thoroughly.
(If dough seems dry,
work with hands add more hot sauce or butter.)
Pinch off about 1 teaspoon of dough and pat into patties.
Mold patties over olives
Shape into balls
Place 2 inches apart onto un-greased baking sheet seam side down
Cover and chill at least 1 hour
Bake ~ 15 to 20 minutes
Serve warm
