3 oz Lemon JelloŽ
1 - 1/4 cup HOT water
1/4 cup Beet juice
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cup canned diced Beets
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauceŽ
4 teaspoon TobascoŽ
˝ cup sliced celery

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve JelloŽ in hot water.
Add beet juice, vinegar, seasonings.
When cool –
Add: Celery and beets
Chill
Top with sour cream
