2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. bacon, cut in small pieces
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 medium green pepper, diced
1 sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. pimento, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium frying pan, cook the bacon, onion, and green pepper until the bacon is crisp. In a large bowl, combine the ground veal, ritz crackers, milk, eggs, pimento, salt and pepper and then add the bacon mixture. Form into a loaf or put in a large loaf pan. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour or until done.
