Chuck Roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water
1 tbsp. Kitchen bouquet
salt and pepper
2-3 medium potatoes
baby carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly flour and brown roast in vegatable oil, on stove. Then combine all ingrediants and place in oven. As per Nana "Cook in oven until vegatables are done"
Approx. 3 hours @ 350 degrees
or Slowcooker on low 8 hours
