2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 c. flour
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. of vegetable oil to grease the pan
2 1/2 c. of cold water

For spreading on the crepes:
Nutella (hazelnut cocoa spread) or your favorite preserve

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with sugar and salt. Gradually add milk, flour and water. Pour in vanilla extract and you should end up with thick smooth liquidy dough. In a hot pan, ladle dough and spread. Flip it when it is ready. Put it on a plate and spread Nutella or your favorite preserve. Roll it into flutes and eat it while it is warm! Enjoy!
