1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks (beaten)
2 cups cut rhubarb
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together sugar and flour. Mix beaten egg yolks and sour cream in a dish and mix with the sugar flour mixture, add rhubarb. Pour into unbaked pie crust and top with a thin crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
