2 beaten eggs
¾ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup tomato juice
1 Tbsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 lbs ground beef
8 thin slices of ham
8 oz shredded mozzarella
3-4 slices of mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients. Stir in beef and mix well. On aluminum foil, pat meat into a 12x10 rectangle. Arrange ham slices on top of meat leaving a small margin around edges. Sprinkle cheese over ham. Start from short end and rollup meat using foil to lift. Seal edges well. Place roll seam side down in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Place slices of cheese on top and return to oven until melted.
