Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 T. chopped parsley (dried is ok too)
1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Line a 13x9 baking dish with foil or use a glass baking dish. Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave it. Add the Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Dip the chicken pieces in the butter mixture, then into the breadcrumbs. (usually there is a lot of breadcrumb mixture so we usually pour some of it onto a plate to dip the chicken in and then save the rest for the next time we make it.) Lay the chicken in the baking dish and pour the remaining butter mixture over it. Bake for 50-60 minutes.

Personal Notes:
We vacation at the Outer Banks every other year with my aunts, uncles and cousins from my dad's family and made this chicken one year. It was such a hit we made it several more times and changed the name from the original "Crusty Parmesan Chicken."
