1 lb ground meat
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can kidney or chili beans
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 cups or more stewed or canned tomatoes or tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Add chopped onion to 2 tbsp oil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add beef and garlic, cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add beans, chili powder and tomatoes or tomato juice. Simmer until thick. (About one hour.)
Season to taste with salt and paprika.
