1 c cream cheese
3 tbsp red chili powder

In small mixing bowl, blend the cheeses until smooth and form into a ball. Sprinkle red chili powder onto waxed paper or flat surface. Roll cheese ball in chili until all sides are covered. Refrigerate an hour or until ready to serve.
