8 oz. cream cheese (regular or lite is fine), softened
1 can Hormel spicy chili - no beans
1 small green pepper, diced
1/2 large onion OR 1 small onion, diced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded monterey jack or jalapeno jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cream cheese in bottom of square baking pan. Top with chili. Then add a layer of green pepper and onions. Finally add the shredded cheese on top (ok to use extra if you prefer). Bake at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown a little. Serve with tostada chips.
