3 c fresh peaches, sliced
1 c sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
2 c fresh sweet cherries, or you can use fresh raspberries
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c margarine or butter
1 c baking mix (ie. Bisquick)
1 tbsp sugar
1/3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Mix peaches, cornstarch, berries or cherries and sugar in saucepan. Heat and boil gently till thickened. Pour into medium sized oven-proof baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Dot with margarine. Prepare baking mix with sugar and milk and spoon over fruit. Bake for 25 minutes till hot and bubbly. Serve with cream or ice cream.
