Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/4 lb. thinly sliced boiled ham
1/4 lb. thinly sliced provolone cheese
1/4 lb. thinly sliced Swiss cheese
1/4 lb. thinly sliced American cheese
1/4 lb. thinly sliced Hard salami
1/4 lb. thinly sliced pepperoni from deli
1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained well & patted with paper towels
3 eggs
1/2 t. ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º degrees F (175 C).

Unroll one package of crescent roll dough, and cover the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch glass dish.

Lay ham on top of crescent roll until entire surface is covered. Repeat with provolone cheese, salami, american cheese, pepperoni, and swiss cheese, forming layers as you go. Finally add red peppers (drained) as evenly as possible on top of meats/cheeses.

In bowl, beat the eggs lightly, and stir in black pepper. Pour 3/4 of this mixture over the peppers.
(I pour down the center and move the dish around in attempts to get the egg evenly through out the dish.)

Unroll the second package of dough, and place over the top of the peppers. Brush with the remaining egg mixture.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 min. in preheated oven. Remove foil, and bake another 15-20 minutes, or until dough is fluffy and golden brown. Cut into squares. Serve warm, or at room temperature.
