1 pkg. polka kielbasa, cut in cubes
2 cans diced tomatos
2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 pkg. chili seasoning
4 c. instant rice
4 c. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
In a pre-heated deep skillet (on medium high), add cubed polka kielbasa. Stir fry until edges just start to blacken. Add undrained diced tomatos and drained and rinsed kidney beans. Stir in chili seasoning pkg. Stir in rice and water. Cook, uncovered, stirring frequently for about 15-20 minutes. Salt to taste.
