3/4 cup oil
2 1/2 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups dry milk
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 cups wheat germ
12 oz Nestle chocolate chips or carob chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together oil and sugar. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Fold in dry milk, baking powder, salt, and wheat germ. Once blended, add chocolate chips. Pour in a 9 x 13 greased and floured baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
