3/4 c shortening
1 c sugar
1 egg
1 c mashed bananas (2 bananas)
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 c quick oats
1 c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Mix shortening, sugar, egg and mashed bananas well. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg. Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
