1 c oatmeal
1 c graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c brown sugar
1/3 c granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 c buttermilk
3 eggs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with cooking spray. Combine flour, oatmeal, crumbs, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together oil, buttermilk and eggs. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and mix until combined. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Remove from pan, cool completely on wire rack.
