2-3 onions (chopped)
1.5 lb of beef (cubed)
1 stick of celery (chopped)
1 red pepper (chopped)
3 cloves of garlic
3/4 package of spaghetti noodles
1 tsp fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti noodles. Drain and set aside. Saute the chopped onions, peppers, celery and garlic in olive oil. Mix well. Add the beef and saute until the meat is soft. Salt and season as desired. Mix well together. Add 1 tsp of fresh dill. Mix meat/vegetables with noodles and top with freshly grated parmasean cheese.
