10 med. size potatoes
2 lbs. fish fillets
Italian bread crumbs
3 eggs
1 c. chopped onions
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1/4 bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chopped celery
Tony's seasoning
1 tsp. Crab boil
lemon pepper
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place fish fillets in pan and season with Tony's and crab boil and lemon pepper. Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes or until fish starts to flake with a fork. Peel and boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Let fish and potatoes cool.

After fish and potatoes cool, mix together and mash well. Add in onions, bell peppers, celery, and eggs. Season with Tony's and garlic powder to taste. Mix well. Form into patties and cover with breadcrumbs. Pan fry until golden brown.
