4 c. stale bread, broken into small pieces
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 large can evaporated milk
1 large can water
½ c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread pieces in 1 quart buttered baking dish. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, and eggs. Add milk, water, pecans and vanilla. Pour mixture over bread. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
