-1 egg per potato

make hard-boiled eggs

boil potatoes till tender, peel and cut them up

-a little raw onion 'or' onion powder 'or' onion salt

-salad dressing (NOT mayo)

- Kraft brand mustard with horseradish

-salt and pepper

-pickle cut up

-will be a little dry, so poor in a little pickle juice

-a little evaporated milk or just milk

-may need more salt to taste
