Knephla:

1 large egg
½ c. milk
1¼ c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Mix into dough – boil until done.

Soup:

4 quarts water
6 potatoes – diced
1 onion – chopped
Sat and pepper to taste
6 chicken bullion cubes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and onions in water with salt, pepper and boullion cubes until soft. Add knephla and boil until firm. Add cream of celery and cream of chicken soup. Add evaporated milk.
