1) 1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup chopped nuts
combine and pat into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 - 10 minutes.

2) 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup coolwhip
whip with mixer and spread on 1st layer

3) 2 packages instant pudding mix (any flavor)
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
mix together and beat until thick. Spread on 2nd layer

4) top with rest of coolwhip (9 ounce size minus the 1 cup used in 2nd layer)
sprinkle top with nuts.
