6 c. flour
4 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 can evaporated milk
enough water to rinse out can
salt

Filling: dry mashed potato with a little farmers cheese (or dry cottage cheese), salt, pepper, and optional finely chopped and sautéed onion. Other fillings include prunes or seasoned meat.

Mix flour and margarine until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients. Knead for 10 minutes on lightly floured board. Let rest an hour, or over night in the fridge. Roll out dough to 1/4" think. Cut with the top of a drinking glass (3" diameter).

Fill. Fold over and pinch edges to firmly seal. May require a little water on the edges. Boil in heavily salted water for 10-12 minutes. May be frozen to enjoy later. Serve with melted butter.
