1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 c. fresh baby spinach leaves
1/4 c. minced onions
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt or favorite seasoning
5 (medium size mushroom sliced, grill with
1 T. olive oil and garlic powder)

Directions:
Directions:
Combined all ingredients together (Except mushrooms). Take about a 1/2 cup of meat and shape into a nice round patty. Cook on your George Foreman Grill. Garnish with the grilled mushrooms and your favorite burger fixings (ketchup, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce etc..)
